Problems while signing in
If you are having problems signing in to Templates.com, review the following information for a possible solution:
I cannot sign in to Templates.com. I get a message that says my browser is rejecting cookies. - Templates.com uses cookies to help you sign in. Make sure that your browser is set to enable cookies.
I cannot sign in to Templates.com. I get a message that says "incorrect login information." - Make sure that your Caps Lock key is off then try signing in again. If you still cannot sign in, review your registration email and verify your user ID and password. You may also use the password recovery service.
I cannot sign in to Templates.com. I get "Account suspended" message. - Your account may be suspended for security purposes or a variety of other reasons. If your account is suspended, you won't be able to process any transactions or receive any payouts. If your access has been suspended please contact us for additional information.
I cannot sign in because I forgot my password. - Use our password recovery service.
I got a message that says my page couldn’t be displayed. - Try signing in again. If you still get the message, make sure that your browser is set to use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Templates.com uses this technology to provide a secure sign-in. If you have an older version of browser, it may not support SSL. You’ll need to upgrade your browser in order to sign in to Templates.com.
If none of above helps make sure that neither software nor hardware firewall is preventing your machine from accessing the network. You may also contact you ISP to verify your network access settings.
