Pin-up is considered to be one of the most popular trends of the modern age. It can be found in the traditional art, photography, fashion and CG. This style combines the features of the past and the present, but its origin goes back to the beginning of the 20th century. The first pin-up photos were treated as entertainment and featured the attractive girls (mostly some popular actresses) at their best. This style gained popularity due to the tempting tone of these posters and the seductive images of the bonny girls. From that time the pin-curls, the tempting make-up with the accent on eyebrows, eyelashes, and lips, corsets or some costumes, beautiful undergarments and tattoos have become the characteristic features of the hot pin-up girls. Today we still enjoy pin-up with its glamorous tone and a slight hint at eroticism.
