Kicking Slogan for Templates.com is Chosen and the Winners are Predicted!

We were all longing for this post, and at last it’s published! Today with a little delay we are happy to announce the winners of our Kicking Slogan Contest that was started in July 15th and ended up in August 1st. Of course it wasn’t easy to define the best variant and the winner, as there are so many wonderful slogans worth the prizes! Summing up we can say the results of the contest have pleased us much. A lot of people have expressed desire for participation, and came up with the bunch of slogans and ideas.

And now the winners!

 

The first place winner and the fortunate possessor of $100 is David with the slogan: “Designer’s supermarket”! We’ve changed it a little with the author’s permission, so the final variant is “Designer’s Сyberstore”.

The second place winner who gets 100 credits from Templates.com to his account is Andreas Gaisbauer aka Crono with the slogan: “Lorem ipsum dolor sit”!
The third place winner who gets 50 credits from Templates.com to his account is Nouman Saleem with the slogan: “The search is over”!

 

Also 4 credits have been added to every participant of the contest who has an account on Templates.com.

    Very poor ‘prizes’ in my opinion. Saying that though, very poor choice of winning slogans too.

    Thanks for your comment, Piggy and Tazzy. We wanted to encourage and stimulate the interest of the participants, but not to award everyone, otherwise the competitive spirit would be lost. Though a little award of 4 credits was nevertheless added to every participant who has an account on Templates.com. BTW there are 80 products you can download having 4 credits on your account.

    As for our choice, we noway wanted to offend any of the participants, we value every opinion, however our choice was made by poll. As for the modification of the first place slogan, we agreed it beforehand with the winner. The second place winner already got 100 credits on his account and is free to use them any way he wishes. Unfortunately, the third place winner haven’t contacted us yet. We hope Nouman Saleem will let us hear from him soon ;)

    You are right Julia. It’s a common practice for online companies and I could tell its quite successful! I’ve already used this Virus Cleaner pills clipart for my new project!

    Hey – just saw I ranked second :-D Thank you very much! There were already a lot of really good slogans (at least in my opinion) when I entered, so I haven’t thought I would rank. Thats kind of a surprise – anyway, thanks again – going to spend some credits ;)
