Is retro art still popular? This question sent me browsing a great number of sites dedicated to retro art. I was lucky to find a lot of retro photoshop tutorials that featured really interesting items. Actually, vintage art can be a fascinating subject and it is still of a great demand today. The retro style of art from the modern perspective is a rich mixture of styles. These retro photoshop tutorials (that I’ve recently collected) show explicitly that the past is a part of present, the retro and vintage are quite modern and they form the concept of future art. It is a notorious fact that history repeats itself and each new style is the offspring of the previous one or even the mixture of several of them. That’s why we should appeal to the past to understand the present idea of art.
So, let’s look a little bit closer at the retro photoshop tutorials that are presented in this post. You can find your inspiration in them and create stunning illustrations in the retro style.
